  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. This excludes addresses outside the 48 contiguous United States and all APO/FPO/DPO/PO destinations.

  • Do you offer terms, credit accounts, CODs, etc?
    No. All orders must be paid in full before we ship them. This is one way we keep our prices low.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund of the product value. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery of your order. Call 888-232-6711 to arrange returns.
    For apparel and accessories, we issue full value exchanges or store credits equal to purchase price.

  • Do you flavor your tea with all-natural flavoring?
    The only 100% natural flavoring we use is the bergamot for our Earl Grey teas.
  • Do your products contain GMO ingredients?
    We are not aware of commercially available GMO coffees or traditional teas. However, we cannot confirm the GMO status of any product except for organic products, which are certified as being made without GMO ingredients.
